    Overall was good experience

    the flowers came exactly like the ones pictured on the website. Communication was a smooth sailing. The recipient was very happy with the arrangement. The vase is simple and nice. It did not compete with the flowers. One note, delivery was beyond the scheduled time slot. Flower Chimp should have informed customer beforehand if expecting delay for any reason so the customer did not have to keep wondering when the flowers came.
