The way that the shop went above and beyond in dealing with the minor changes that needed to be made for my order to be delivered to my friend on the same day I ordered was incredible. Honestly, they weren't even considered inconveniences on my end. The change in delivery time slot and switching of unavailable flower color to a different one. OMG~ Their standard has dropped so much.
Sent a flower bouquet to a friend and it reached her this morning. Thought the flowers should be fresh since it’s a morning delivery but nope, they looked stale and were droopy.
For the price paid, I can get better quality flowers elsewhere. Customer service Ain is none the less useless. Copying and pasting reply templates.
