Ordering process was good, very reliable service, fast response for confirmation/inquiries via E-mail. Flower bouquet was very nice, recipient was very happy!What could be improved: Maintaining the freshness on the flowers (although I understand the challenge in Asia). Perhaps flowers can be delivered in a water container with vitamins?

The website is easy to use and informative, ordering process is easy, good quality of products, and good delivery service like the employee managed to find my house. He is polite as well. Great.
