My husband ordered for our anniversary bucket. He ordered darling devotion. The flowers wasn’t fresh at all. 3 pcs of rose and the rest is krisan with disease 🦠. All leave has like mold. Very disappointing!!

Exactly as shown in the image, the sunflowers are big and blooming. Delivery was quick too.

Flowers were delivered with some already dying/wilted away and not fresh. Size is also a lot smaller than what picture shows. Do not recommend buying from Flowerchimp.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Flower Chimp.

We ordered the “Lily Bouquet” for Rp 799,000 expecting what was clearly shown on their website, a bouquet with around 11–12 lilies and only 5 orange roses. What arrived was completely different: only 5 lily stalks (with just 1 bloom and 5 closed buds) and 9 orange roses. The bouquet was rose-dominant, much smaller, and looked nothing like the product photo.

For Rp 799,000, the arrangement honestly looked like a Rp 200,000 bouquet. It did not reflect a premium product at all.

When I raised the issue, they hid behind a disclaimer about lilies being delivered in bud form, but that was NOT the main issue. The problem is the proportion and overall design. The bouquet is marketed as a Lily Bouquet, yet it was mostly roses.

Even worse, after “investigating,” they refused to replace it with the correct arrangement and instead offered a Rp 70,000 store credit valid for 1 year.

Rp 70,000.

On a Rp 799,000 order.

That is less than 10% compensation for a bouquet that does not match the advertised product. It feels dismissive and frankly insulting.

If you are ordering for a special occasion and expect what is shown on their website, be aware that what you receive may look very different and their solution may only be a small voucher instead of taking responsibility.

Very disappointed. This was supposed to be a meaningful gift, and the experience completely ruined it.

The gift was received, the sunflowers looked dead. When the recipient was rearranging the flowers it was noted that the sunflower stems had been cut at the head and were being held up with wooden sticks, meaning the petals had wilted.

The way that the shop went above and beyond in dealing with the minor changes that needed to be made for my order to be delivered to my friend on the same day I ordered was incredible. Honestly, they weren't even considered inconveniences on my end. The change in delivery time slot and switching of unavailable flower color to a different one. I was completely understanding of them but you still went the extra mile and even gave me store credit. You will be my go-to flower shop in Bali. Kudos to your team! :)

Placed order from the Texas for my teacher and she received it by 5PM. Flowers looked identical to picture. Good execution and beautiful arrangement. I am satisfied. Will be using Flower Chimp for all my Flowers for Indonesia.

I have ordered from this website many times, and the taste and quality have never failed me. However, the strawberry cheesecake I received this time didn’t match the picture. The strawberries weren’t glazed and were left dry :(
