I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Flower Chimp.
We ordered the “Lily Bouquet” for Rp 799,000 expecting what was clearly shown on their website, a bouquet with around 11–12 lilies and only 5 orange roses. What arrived was completely different: only 5 lily stalks (with just 1 bloom and 5 closed buds) and 9 orange roses. The bouquet was rose-dominant, much smaller, and looked nothing like the product photo.
For Rp 799,000, the arrangement honestly looked like a Rp 200,000 bouquet. It did not reflect a premium product at all.
When I raised the issue, they hid behind a disclaimer about lilies being delivered in bud form, but that was NOT the main issue. The problem is the proportion and overall design. The bouquet is marketed as a Lily Bouquet, yet it was mostly roses.
Even worse, after “investigating,” they refused to replace it with the correct arrangement and instead offered a Rp 70,000 store credit valid for 1 year.
Rp 70,000.
On a Rp 799,000 order.
That is less than 10% compensation for a bouquet that does not match the advertised product. It feels dismissive and frankly insulting.
If you are ordering for a special occasion and expect what is shown on their website, be aware that what you receive may look very different and their solution may only be a small voucher instead of taking responsibility.
Very disappointed. This was supposed to be a meaningful gift, and the experience completely ruined it.
